PRE-REG Closes on Nov. 6th

Land will be allocated to the group you indicate in Pre-Reg.

Pre-Reg is the only way to get land allocated for you.

Site will be open at 8am on Thursday. NEW, there will be no entrance to site when Gate is closed.

Land allocations will be marked-up and maps will be on this website a week before the event and Land allocation maps will also be posted at the Information Points.

Minimum to qualify for your own land assignment will be 10 people. Groups and Households with smaller than 10 people pre-registered will be grouped togther in a Land Assignment.

Trash
Bordermarch has provided a trash dumpster out front. Please use this for your trash. Please take out your own trash. SCA standard is for everyone to leave an event site cleaner than it was found.

Electricity
There will be no electricity for general purchase. The only available electricity is on Merchant Row and Artisians Row. Only taverns and merchants may purchase electricity
RVs
RV’s will need to park in a designated area at the front of site. There are no electrical or sewer hookups on site. There are water spickets through out site. To ensure a RV spot in the RV camping area, RV campers must Pre-Register and put that you are camping in/with "RV". RV spots will be assigned when you arrive at site. Register with the Land Steward.

Equestrians may put their RVs by their horses in the Equestrian area. See map.
